Refund eligibility and terms may depend on the specific service provider and booking type. Each venue or experience provider may have their own cancellation and refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Cancellations
— Cancellations must be made within the outlined timeframes specified at the time of booking.
— Late cancellations (outside the allowed window) may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a confirmed booking will result in no refund being issued, regardless of the reason.
Processing Time
Any approved refunds will be processed within:
— 5–10 business days to the original payment method
Third-Party Services
Senti is not responsible for refund policies set by individual venues or experience providers. Any refunds for third-party services are subject to that provider's own policy.
We recommend reviewing the specific refund terms of each venue before confirming your booking. These will always be visible on the booking confirmation page.
Service Failures
If a booked experience is cancelled by the venue or provider, or significantly differs from what was described, please contact us within 24 hours of the event. We will review and mediate a fair resolution.
